Um advogado que passou a vida lutando contra as leis do uso obrigatório de capacete morreu em um acidente de moto depois de não usar um. O fato aconteceu em 20 de agosto, quando Ron Smith, 66, estava andando de moto pela em Pinellas County, na Flórida, e seu veículo colidiu com a roda de um trailer.

De acordo com o portal Mirror, o idoso começou a desacelerar para deixar o tráfego passar, mas perdeu o controle da moto e derrapou pela estrada. Ele foi declarado morto no local.
